(Senior) Manager – Finance & Accounting Advisory
Our client is a growing finance and accounting advisory firm, part of an international group, that supports listed, private-equity-backed and venture-funded companies across the whole CFO agenda. You'll advise clients on accounting conversions, IPOs and transactions, and lead projects from planning to delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead conversions of clients' accounting to IFRS or US GAAP
- Support IPOs in Europe and the US
- Advise leading start-ups across the whole finance roadmap
- Develop accounting solutions for M&A deals, IPOs, carve-outs and pro-forma financial information
- Manage projects and delivery, and act as a direct client contact alongside a director or partner
- Lead junior colleagues and support business development
What you'll bring
- Master's degree and at least five years in audit, consulting or industry
- Good knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, HGB and/or reporting
- Able to run projects independently and coach less experienced colleagues
- A team player committed to clients
- Confident with technical finance and accounting work, and with client communication in German and English
