Emily Edwards, Founder & CEO
I'm Emily Edwards, founder and CEO of EM4Y Ltd. I grew up watching two hard-working parents build their business in sales, recruitment and training. From a young age I saw the impact great people can have on a business, and how the right opportunity can transform a career.
After graduating from the University of Exeter with a degree in English Literature, I found my way into recruitment. I quickly won large accounts and recognition, and discovered the value of genuine connection.
It became clear to me that the best results come from deep, trusted relationships. So I created my own executive search agency that puts quality ahead of quantity.

James builds EM4Y's client relationships and runs searches across advisory, finance consulting and e-commerce. If you have a question about a live role, he's the person to ask.
